Learn to identify how you see yourself in the role of a parent and begin to grow in awareness, knowledge, skills and confidence. Empowered, you will start to access and cultivate a sense of serenity and calmness through challenges, fully experience joy when it arises, and practice gratitude on a daily basis, which will lead to a more relaxed and deeply connected relationship with your child.
