Do you feel overwhelmed with all that is coming at you on your parenting journey? Could you use help sifting through seemingly endless and often contradictory advice? Through guided visualizations, allow yourself to step back, find stillness, and the insights will surface. Together we can make a plan that will bring forth more acceptance, appreciation and gratitude for what is in any moment, cultivating a more compassionate relationship with yourself and your child. Price varies according to client's ability to pay. For reference, typical rate is $65 per session.
