Service Description

With your child in tow, playfully explore yoga postures through songs and stories, and come along on a journey through your imagination while you allow your breath to lead the way! Laugh, learn, and recharge while connecting with your little one as well as with other parents/caregivers who are on a similar path through the joys, wonders, and sweet tribulations of parenting! Suitable for older toddlers (2 years old +) and preschoolers attending with their grown up.
