Through meditation practice within static and dynamic movement, learn to tune into your body and respond mindfully and deliberately. Take the lessons learned during practice into your daily life - Yin elements of yoga help enhance and cultivate mobility, focus, awareness and equanimity; Yang elements cultivate strength, flexibility, balance and courage. Suitable for every body, regardless of your level of experience or flexibility. (Bring your own mat and any props desired!)
